Bogue
When the Rebuild Address Locator or the Create Locator geoprocessing tools are running in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.x with special characters or the combination of alphabet letters/numbers in the Street Join ID field result in a crash.

- Create a new field in both attribute tables.
- Use Python to run the Calculate Field tool.
