Bogue
When the language pack is installed, ArcGIS Pro returns the following message, "Your ArcGIS Pro Version is current" although a newer version is available.

This issue, as described, is not reproducible when attempting an upgrade from ArcGIS Pro 2.9.x to 3.0. Please ensure that the following is true: 1. That Update Notifications are enabled from ArcGIS Pro's options, as well as confirming that the 'CheckForUpdatesAtStartup' & 'BlockMajorUpdateNotifications' registry keys are not present or enabled in the machine's registry. Both of these concerns are outlined in the following link: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/2.8/get-started/update-arcgis-pro.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_5C85E938538843F7A0BDAA4B3FA929BE 2.
