Bogue
When the Featured Maps and Apps group changes ownership from the initial portal administrator account to another user account, the 'Featured Maps and Apps' URL under the Featured Groups section is incorrect.

This is a known limitation with the Featured Maps and Apps group that is owned by the initial portal administrator. As a default group included with the Portal for ArcGIS installation, this group is uniquely handled in some areas - this includes the workflow noted in this defect. That said, there is a very simple workaround to fix this issue (see below). After changing the owner of the Featured Maps and Apps group, as an administrator, navigate to the Organization > Settings > Groups > Feature Groups page. Deselect "Featured Maps and Apps" from the Feature Groups and click Save. Navigate back to Organization > Settings > Groups > Feature Groups page, reselect the "Featured Maps and Apps" group and click Save. The Featured Groups link works correctly.Solution de contournement
Create a group with a desired user and set it as the group that showcases the Portal for ArcGIS items.
