Bogue
When the error "25: Stacked point features" is returned in a utility network, and the Terminal Path is set to null, the error "39: Point feature has invalid terminal configuration" is also returned. The errors cannot be resolved without first resolving error ID 25 by dropping and re-enabling the network topology.

Solution de contournement
To remove the error, replace the null Terminal Path with 'Default', drop the network topology, and re-enable it. Move the overlapping points responsible for error ID 25 to also remove error ID 39.
