When the ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4.1 Stream Link Patch is installed over the ArcGIS for Desktop Query Layer Join for Hazus–MH® Patch, the Query Layer Join for Hazus patch is no longer visible in the PatchFinder.

1. Open Regedit. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Desktop CR3442682. The following key is blank now:3. Name REG_SZ 4. To correct this, right click on the “Name” and select “Modify”.5. Replace the blank with “ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Desktop Query Layer Join for Hazus–MH® Patch”6. Run The PatchFinder again and patch should now be listed.
