Bogue
When survey results are shared with a non-shared update group, a user with a custom administrator role is unable to export the data from the ArcGIS Survey123 website, if the survey's hosted layer does not have export capability.

Solution de contournement
- Use either the Publisher or Administrator role.
- Enable the 'Allow others to export to different formats' option in the settings of the survey's hosted feature layer.
