Bogue

When signing into ArcGIS Online from the file menu (File > ArcGIS Online), the ability to search from the ArcGIS Online window is lost, and the window does not indicate that the user is signed in.

Solution de contournement

1. Add “http<a href="file:s://www.arcgis.com/”" target="_blank">s:\\www.arcgis.com\”</a> to Manage Portal Connection in the ArcGIS Online Sign In window (File > Sign In > Manage Portal Connections). Highlight the newly added URL and click Connect.2. If the organization allows it, clear “Allow access to the organization through SSL only” in <a href="http://arcgis.com" target="_blank">arcgis.com</a> (Edit Settings (organization settings) > Security).
