When sharing a published CSV file which utilizes ArcGIS Online Geocoding Services and has NULL or incorrect addresses from ArcGIS Online to ArcGIS Open Data, ArcGIS Open Data generates a "Review" table item for feature services.

I was unable to reproduce the behavior that the reporter observed.

Solution de contournement

To not have a "Review" item generate in ArcGIS Open Data, user must re-publish the CSV file with legitimate and non-NULL addresses in it.
