When running the Summarize Nearby analysis tool in ArcGIS Online on two features in the layer that distances are measured to, the analysis either fails with an error or have erroneous results if the 'Return bounding areas' box is unchecked.

Retested this issue in the developer environment of 6.2 and was unable to reproduce this issue. The tool was not failing and the correct results are returned.
