Bogue
When running the new Track Intervals to Features tool, if the data contains multiple records with the same date and time values, the second record of the same data and time value is given a value of 0 for the Duration and Speed fields. For example, if there are two records have "2011/9/1 10:00:00". For the first record of them, Duration and Speed values are generated properly. However, the second record of them, Duration and Speed values are 0.
