Bogue
When running the Mosaic To New Raster tool in ArcGIS Pro, the output raster unexpectedly has no attribute table.

Solution de contournement
- Run the Build Raster Attribute Table tool on the raster output from the Mosaic To New Raster tool.
- Note: Even though the Build Raster Attribute Table tool runs successfully, no attribute table is created for the raster due to BUG-000145990.
- Run either the Export Raster or the Copy Raster tool on the raster that the Build Raster Attribute Table tool was run on in the previous step.
- Notice that the output created from running either the Export Raster or the Copy Raster tool contains an attribute table.
