Bogue

When running the Convert Coordinate Notation tool in the Portuguese version of Windows 7, the tool fails with the following error, "Error 999999 Error executing function, Cannot convert the specified DD notation to a geographic notation Failed to execute (ConvertCoordinateNotation)."
