ArcGIS Indoors does not require a separate installation starting from ArcGIS Pro 2.6. If it is licensed through ArcGIS Online or Portal Named User licensing, then the tools in the ArcGIS Indoors toolbox will become available without the download in ArcGIS Pro 2.6.
