When publishing time-enabled features from ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online, the times are converted twice.

The issue is fixed in the ArcGIS Pro 2.7 release. Refer to the link https://bit.ly/3Hjuh6K for more information. Specify the time zone for all date field in the Sharing pane before publishing from ArcGIS Pro.

Solution de contournement

  • Publish to ArcGIS Server.
  • Set a new field to UTC using the Convert Time Zone tool. Ensure Time is unchecked.
