Bogue
When publishing CSV files with a blank entry for the last column and no ending carriage as feature services to My Content, publishing fails and the error message, "Index was outside the bounds of the array" is returned.

Solution de contournement
Workaround 1: Open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel on a Windows machine, and save the file. A carriage return is automatically added to the end of the CSV file.Workaround 2: Open the CSV file in any text editor, add a carriage return to the end of the CSV file, and save the file.Étapes pour reproduire
