Bogue
When publishing a hosted tile layer from ArcGIS Pro 2.1.2 to ArcGIS Online, the same setting using the Share As Web Layer option and the Create Map Tile Package tool results in a notable size difference.

The issue cannot be reproduced. The cache size is identical for web tile layers cached locally and tile packages created with the geoprocessing tool.Solution de contournement
