Bogue
When publishing a hosted feature service with more than 306 text fields, along with a Double field in the feature class from ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro does not display the attribute data in ArcGIS Online.

Publish from ArcGIS Online.
- In ArcGIS Online, click Content > Add Item > From your computer. Select the CSV file.
- Check the Publish this file as a hosted feature layer. (Adds a hosted layer item with the same name.) check box.
- Specify the coordinates. X is Longitude and Y is Latitude. Click Add item. The hosted feature service created attribute data as expected.
