Bogue
When publishing a geoprocessing service executed from an enterprise database, the staging process fails and returns the following error message, "ERROR 999999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail."

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.Solution de contournement
This issue is caused by a missing toolbox extension.
- Change the toolbox name in the enterprise geodatabase to 'atbx' and publish to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 or newer.
- Rename the toolbox to 'tbx' and publish to any version of ArcGIS Enterprise.
