Bogue
When opening a script tool from a project package in ArcGIS Pro, the following error message is returned, “Tool has failed to open.”

- Right-click the script tool to open the properties.
- Navigate to the Parameters tab.
- Once all the parameters load, click OK to close the properties. The script tool opens with no error.
