Bogue
When opening a project file (.aprx) in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.1, 3.0.x, and higher containing layers hosted in an enterprise geodatabase, a pop-up prompt displays requesting the entry of credentials. Clicking 'Cancel' triggers the pop-up to redisplay multiple times.

This issue is non-reproducible with the current software. In the ArcGIS Pro 3.4+ development cycle, there are efforts to fix several issues while building out the new user interface for the connection dialog.
