Bogue

When multiple users are editing the same project and one user deletes an unopened link chart, the project can be corrupted.

When two users are editing the same project and have an unopened link chart, if one user deletes the link chart and then the other user saves the project, the project is saved but with the link chart still considered a content item but missing the data. This corrupts the project, and the project is no longer able to be opened.
