Bogue
When multiple domains are applied per subtype, editing in ArcGIS Field Maps shows a simple text box despite showing the correct domain list for the same map in Map Viewer.

This is not reproducible in the current release of ArcGIS Field Maps version 24.2.1 on iOS. The domain values/lists are shown correctly for the subtypes. In general, when working with subtypes in ArcGIS Field Maps, it is required to symbolize the features using the Unique Values renderer to allow the domain lists to show correctly. If symbolized using a single symbol renderer, etc., the fields are shown as textboxes, not lists.Solution de contournement
Apply domains at the Field level allows the domain list to appear when collecting data in ArcGIS Field Maps.
