Bogue
When moving a Tower Structure Junction in ArcGIS Pro’s 3D editing environment, Insulator Structure Lines contained within the Insulator Set Structure Edge Object do not consistently follow the tower; some insulators relocate correctly, while others remain at their original location.

This issue will not be addressed. The user's model has lines contained in objects that are then contained in junctions, and it is not recommended. The recommendation is to update the data model to contain the structure lines directly in the structure junction (the tower).Solution de contournement
Move in 2D and adjust z-value manually in the Geometry panel.
