Bogue
When logging in to a new ArcGIS Online account for the first time in an organization with multifactor authentication (MFA) enforced, even after logging in and setting up MFA, the account displays 'Never' as the last login date and does not display the 'Disable multifactor' option when viewing as an administrator on the Members tab.

The last login date for each user is updated frequently in ArcGIS Online and could not be updated in near real time. Esri is aware of this issue, and it is a known limitation. To force the last login date to immediately display in the frontend, update the member user role or the credit budget. Wanting to force the last login to show up in the frontend right away. This will "update" the user by changing their role or updating their credit budget, etc.Solution de contournement
Update the Enable Esri Access permission for the account to refresh the Last Login date and display the 'Disable multifactor' option.
