When joining tables, certain features have null values when there should not be.

The issue is non-reproducible.Solution de contournement
- In ArcGIS Pro, export the PIPEOUT.DBF file to the project geodatabase
- Right-click PIPEOUT.
- Navigate to Data > Export Table, and provide a name to the table.
- Add the table to the ArcGIS Pro project geodatabase.
- Change the sJoinTable with the name of the previous table, then the right joins are created without the null values.
