Bogue

When ISLayer is published on ArcGIS Server from on MXD, ArcGIS Server starts pulling data for the layer before ArcGIS Image Server has loaded the Image Service accessed by the layer.

Solution de contournement

Workaround is to make sure that the Image Service the layer in the published MXD is referring to is up and running before the ArcGIS server service is started.
