When integrating ArcGIS Workforce with ArcGIS Field Maps, the URL template is missing the required 'assignmenttype' field causing the submissions to fail from ArcGIS Field Maps and return the following error message, "Geodatabase value is null."

1. Open the Assignment Integrations table from the project's hosted feature layer.
2. Navigate to the Data tab.
3. Under the URL Template field for ArcGIS Field Maps, change the URL as shown below to pass the 'assignmenttype' attribute:
