When integrating ArcGIS Survey123 in ArcGIS Workforce, only the fields from first layer of the feature service connected to ArcGIS Survey123 are displayed.

This behavior is as designed. As a workaround, users can manually edit the ArcGIS Survey123 URL parameter in the Integrations table and point it to the correct layer and fields. However, manually editing an integration link may get messed up if the user tries to edit it via the ArcGIS Workforce settings Integration UI again.Étapes pour reproduire
