Bogue
When installing ArcInfo Workstation 9.3 silently using the command Msiexec /i <path to workstation installer\workstation.msi> /qn per the ArcGIS 9.3 Enterprise Deployment white paper, ArcInfo Workstation 9.3 installs to the D:\ (if it exists) by default and does not create a 'Workspace' directory.

1. Install ArcInfo Workstation using the GUI instead of a silent install using MSIEXEC2.
