Bogue
When installing ArcGIS Data Store on the French version of Windows Server 2012 R2, even though an account is specified to run the ArcGIS Data Store Windows service, the install completes successfully, and the service is assigned to run under the LocalSystem account. This issue can be seen during a normal or silent install.
