Bogue

When identifying a multiband raster that contains NoData values coincident with the input geometry, the 'value' property of the object returned is 'NoData' rather than all relevant pixel information.

The pixel values from image services has a single NoData flag. This is by design. Workaround: Mosaic dataset items pixel values have per band NoData.
