Bogue

When exporting a georeferenced JPEG image from ArcGIS Pro 2.2.2, the left and right sides of the image are cut off even though the rest of the image exports perfectly.

Duplicate of BUG-000112606: This is missing the left and right because in previous versions before ArcGIS Pro 2.3, the map view is always a square centered at the camera position. At ArcGIS Pro 2.3, the export behavior matches ArcMap. The extent is the same as the map view window size.
