Bogue
When enabling halos with letter spacing and exporting to PDF on certain fonts in ArcGIS Pro, the text and the halos do not coincide when the letters 'f' and 'l' are together.

Solution de contournement
- Use ‘F’ and ‘L’ or a combination of upper and lower case letters.
- Do not use the following fonts: Calibri, Constantia, Yu Gothic, and Yu Gothic UI.
- Add <FNT size="1"> </FNT> between 'f' and 'l', e.g. f<FNT size="1"> </FNT>lorida
