Bogue
When editing the local copy of a hosted feature service with lists or domains using the Cut Polygons tool, the following error message is returned, "The Cut Polygons task could not be completed. Field is not editable."

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026.
