Bogue
When editing existing surveys in the ArcGIS Survey123 web app, existing values are always recalculated for hidden, calculate, or text questions with hidden appearance.

Solution de contournement
Use a text question type and set the body::esri:visible to ‘no’ to prevent the calculation from running in edit mode.
