Bogue

When downloading a basemap for offline use in the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app, if the screen auto-locks during the download process, the basemap fails to fully download, however no error message is returned.

Closing is a known limitation caused by the app not continuing to run when in background (device locked) or device sleeps.
