When creating group in Python API, setting the 'users_update_items' parameter to 'true' has no effect.

Solution de contournement

1. Use gis.groups.create_from_dict as outlined in this tutorial, refer to, https://developers.arcgis.com/python/sample-notebooks/batch-creation-of-groups/.
2. Create a dictionary, set the keys and values, and pass it as a parameter.
3. Use the capabilities key and set the value to updateitemcontrol.

The dictionary is saved to a CSV file with its keys and values:

access,description,isFav,isInvitationOnly,isViewOnly,snippet,sortField,capabilities,sortOrder,tags,thumbnail,title

private,Central Admin,FALSE,TRUE,TRUE,Central Admin,title,updateitemcontrol,asc,"Central, Admin, Central Admin",,CentralAdmin.
