When creating a Replica containing Relationship Classes the Check Out 'All Records' parameter does not persist on the Parent Database.

Solution de contournement

In my testing, I noticed that when the attributed rel class is standalone (not in a feature dataset) I can reproduce. If you move the relationship class into the feature dataset (as with the test data for this bug) create will work properly. It will still not list the choice to choose all records in the UI, but the replica description on the parent will have a filter of schema only (which is correct). The real bug here is if you insert a new relationship on the parent and sync to the child, the relationship is not sent when it should be. With the work around the relationship is sent.
