Solution de contournement

1. Create a file geodatabase replica of all layers and tables in the hosted feature service besides the Backflow layer (505003).
2. Download and extract the resulting zipped file geodatabase.
3. Open ArcGIS Pro and add a database connection to the extracted file geodatabase.
4. Add the hosted feature service to a map in the project in ArcGIS Pro.
5. Use the Feature Class to Feature Class tool to export a copy of the Backflow layer to the extracted file geodatabase.
6. Recreate relationship classes to match those in the hosted feature service.
7. Publish the file geodatabase as a new hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online.
