When converting coverage annotation to personal geodatabase annotation using the “Import Coverage Annotation” Geoprocessing tool, some of the pseudo fields cannot be deleted.

There is an unsupported work around of opening the mdb in ms access and changing the “IsRequired” field to equal zero in the gdb_fieldinfo table.
