Solution de contournement
There are two workarounds for this issue:
A. In new surveys
- Design the survey (except for the media folder) and publish
- Update and shave the sharing settings for the survey in Survey123 for ArcGIS website.
- Copy content to the media folder.
- Republish the survey from Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS.
B. With existing surveys
B.1. Update existing survey
- Move the content of the media folder to a different location
- Republish the survey.
- Update and shave the sharing settings for the survey in Survey123 for ArcGIS website.
- Move content back to the media folder.
- Republish the survey.
- Notice the sharing settings are retained after republishing.
B.2. Create a new survey
- Create a copy of the survey in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS (Save as from Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS).
- Move the content of the media folder to a different location:
- In order to keep existing submissions from the original survey, use the submission URL to point the new submissions to the original hosted feature layer.
- Alternatively, export existing submissions from the original hosted feature layer as FGDB and use it to append existing data to the hosted feature layer for the new survey.
- Publish the survey.
- Update and save the sharing settings for the survey in Survey123 for ArcGIS website.
- Copy content to the media folder.
- Republish the survey from Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS.
