Bogue
When calculating XY coordinates in ArcGIS Pro (French language pack installed) using a format that includes a bearing (N, E, S, W), the result defaults to English instead of the default language ArcGIS Pro is using.

Changing the string format for different locales risks breaking workflows that expect the current format. Using 'W' for 'west' is a commonly used format convention regardless of locale.Solution de contournement
Update the field values after the tool runs using the Calculate Field tool. With a Python expression type, the expression would look similar to !fieldname!.replace('W', 'O').
