Bogue
When authorizing two licenses for ArcGIS Server, for example, ArcGIS GIS Server license and ArcGIS Image Server license, only one license is authorized.

Only one ArcGIS Server Role can be authorized at a time. If using Provisioning Files generated from My Esri, it is impossible to add more than one Server role to the provisioning file.Solution de contournement
- Run the Software Authorization wizard for ArcGIS Server.
- Select the I have installed my software and need to authorize it option and keep clicking Next, until the wizard requests to enter an authorization code.
- Enter the authorization code for the software product, and click Next until it finishes. (ArcGIS GIS Server)
- Repeat step 1 to step 3 to obtain the desired ArcGIS Server license for all licensing roles.
- Restart ArcGIS Server.
