Bogue

When attempting to upgrade to the highly available Portal for ArcGIS from the standby Portal, the following error is returned, "Index Service configuration failed."

Upgrade from the primary portal, which can be determined by looking at the nodes.properties file in the content directory/items/portal-ha folder.
