Bogue
When ArcGIS Server map services have Maplex labeling and antialiasing enabled, the labels duplicate in an export operation which requests a high dots per inch (DPI) image.

- Reduce the DPI of the output image.
- Reduce or disable antialiasing on the service properties on the Parameters tab.
