Bogue
When ArcGIS Pro is upgraded in-app, users are unable to modify the app to enable AI without downloading the EXE installer and extracting the MSI file for that version.

Solution de contournement
The workaround is to download the ArcGIS Pro 3.5.exe and extract the MSI file. When I input the path to the downloaded MSI under 'Use source' in the error message, the install does work.
