Bogue
When an ArcGIS Survey123 form has the 'pages style' and groups have the field-list appearance with a relevant expression, selecting a question choice based on the relevant expression causes the number of pages to change and causes the form submission to jump to the beginning of the page.

Solution de contournement
- Remove the 'pages style' from the settings sheet of the XLSForm.
- Remove the relevant expressions in the groups.
