Bogue
When an ArcGIS Online Map Viewer link, using British National Grid (BNG) coordinates, includes both Centre and Level parameters, opening on a mobile device causes the map to fail to load, displaying only the map name and controls.

- Using only the marker works (only if the correct extent/level is pre-saved in the map).
- Using WGS84 coordinate parameters works. For example, center=-4.000730,55.387182&level=18&marker=-4.000730,55.387182For.
