Informations supplémentaires
This is an expected behavior. When uploading data to ArcGIS Online without a specified time, the time is assumed to be 'midnight'. All data, unless specified via the upload process (ex. in ArcGIS Pro), is assumed to be in UTC. When viewing the data in a time zone with an earlier time than UTC, the data loses a day, or rather, lose a number of hours, based on the time difference. In this case, the data was published as UTC and viewed in Eastern Time Zone (which could appear as 4 or 5 hours backwards from UTC depending on the time of year). Therefore, 1/10 [midnight] would be seen as 1/9 [7 PM].
