Bogue
When adding a splash window in ArcGIS Dashboards and embedding the URL in ArcGIS StoryMaps, the story jumps to the embedded app, skipping all the previous content.

This is a known limitation. The splash screen dialog window is autofocused when the dashboards are loaded. It works as expected in ArcGIS Dashboards but is not ideal when embedded in ArcGIS Storymaps. We have logged an internal enhancement request to support the option for disabling the autofocus. The bug is closed and log an enhancement request if needed.Solution de contournement
Disable the splash screen on the dashboard if it is going to be embedded in other apps.
